These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at workingplace-hr.com (the "Site") and the staffing and recruiting services offered by Workingplace HR ("Workingplace," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

• "Site" means the website at workingplace-hr.com and any related pages, features, and content operated by us.
• "Services" means the staffing, recruiting, and placement services we provide, including job listings, candidate submissions, and employer engagements.
• "Candidate" means an individual who applies for a role, submits a resume, or otherwise seeks employment opportunities through us.
• "Employer" or "Client" means a company or organization that engages us to source or place talent.
• "User," "you," or "your" means any person who accesses or uses the Site, whether a Candidate, Employer, or visitor.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials made available on the Site.

2. Description of Service

Workingplace HR is a U.S.-based staffing and recruiting agency. Through the Site we publish job openings, allow Candidates to express interest in roles or submit their information, and allow Employers to request talent. The Site is an informational and communications tool; it does not itself constitute an offer of employment. Job postings, salary ranges, and other content are provided for general information and may change or be removed at any time without notice. Using the Site or submitting information does not guarantee placement, an interview, or employment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (and old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including on a resume or application;
• Submit information about another person without their authorization;
• Use the Site to harass, discriminate against, defame, or harm any person;
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems or data;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data about other users, or use bots or automated means without our written permission;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site or its infrastructure;
• Use the Site or Content for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by us;
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

5. Submissions and Candidate Information

When you submit information through the Site (such as a resume, application, or message), you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant Workingplace a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that information to provide the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You may request removal of your information at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its Content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to Workingplace and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any job listing or candidate information is accurate or current.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Workingplace and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Workingplace and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or created risk or legal exposure for us. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply after termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to venue and personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
